Time for a New Challenge: Insanity Workout
A few friends and I formed a group a few months ago to try to lose some weight together. Surprisingly, we’re all still on our programs and doing very well. A few of us have been working out together a few nights a week, taking a spin class together and going for walks at lunch when we can. We’ve found that challenging each other has really helped keep us motivated. We’ve been looking for something to really push us hard now that we’re all in better shape, a challenge that we can use to motivate each other. Last night Karen called with what she told me was an “insane” idea. She said she’d been reading insanity reviews last night and she thought that the insanity workout was just what we were looking for. I’ve read reviews myself and I think it might be a bit more than we’re looking for, but after talking it over we’ve decided that might be why it’s a great idea, the challenge will keep us going. We’re going to order it soon and start challenging ourselves to insanity.
It seems like over night those people crow feet as well as signs of aging beneath the eye appeared. These people say no other area of the face can age one faster than eyes; this is why reducing signs of aging beneath the eye is really important.
