Accord Some Respect to That Badge
An average boy who is a scout and volunteers in charity work during summer holidays will tell you that badges are a sign of some special accomplishment and they carry with them some special honor. Not only that, badges containing the insignia of the scouts fraternity go out to show the different levels that one has attained during their rigorous training. Simply put, a badge to a scout is a sign of bravery; a sign of a winning streak that is unmatched. To many people, badges are just badges but that is not true. Every badge you happen to see adorned by someone in the streets or whatever public place has a meaning. It carries some significance with it and it is to be accorded some healthy amount of respect. It would be rude of you to go ahead and ask a bearer of a badge to remove it just because it does not look all pleasing to you.
